I’ve been reading a lot about HOW to lose weight since I’ve exercised 4-6 times per week for 40-60 minutes per session for MONTHS and don’t seem to be making much progress.  Research says, “INTERVALS are best for losing weight.”

As I started using interval training, I found I needed an interval training clock with seconds counting down. This one was customizable online and serves my purpose well.  I’ve got the training clock here to serve me in exercising 3 times per day for about 10 minutes per session. This protocol is supposed to maximize weight loss!
